Filter cleaning, debris cleanout, water changes, water testing, fish observation and plant maintenance are all part of our regular service protocols We can also provide a 5 page analysis of your pond which includes a complete water quality work up, pond design appraisal as well as fish health and value notes Service Starting at $97.00	Let Us Help you Build! Disease Consult & Treat If your fish are not eating, sick or dying eating give us a call immediately for prompt attention. We will perform a health service consult to assess the problem and treat as necessary We carry a microscope, over $1000.00 in water meters and an array of medications with us so that we are able to treat the problem at the consult Please note, microscope analysis is also available at our shop for $12.00. Bring the fish to us and we will tell you what is wrong with it See our fish health care page for more info Service Starting at $128.00	Leak Repair Water leaks are a common problem. Please visit our Leaks Page for information on how to troubleshoot the problem. If you can't resolve the leak issue on your own please give us a call and we will discuss the matter Service Starting at $97.00	Heating Systems Heating your pond is pivotal for long term health of your collection. It also maximizes growth and allows you to enjoy your fish year round. Winter Coverings In the Fall we recommend covering your pond with a winter greenhouse. This dramatically reduces the amount of ice that accumulates and it extending the growing season by over 1 month We provide the complete covering service or you can do it yourself with our instructions We supply Super6 mil greenhouse poly which comes in 24 and 32 foot wide rolls	Fish Boarding Fish boarding service is available at our shop from October to April. We of course perform regular water changes and look after your pets as if they were our own We have have a gas generator on hand in case of power failure Starting at $30.00/month	Consulting Whether it's improving your current pond or design help with a new build, we answer your questions and tell you what you need to know to be successful I consider this service to have incredible value as I can save you literally thousands of dollars with suggestions on the entire gamut of considerations We also provide a North American wide toll free phone consulting service for only $75.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum Randall Clarke personally conducts all the consulting service Visit our consulting page for more info
