Beside product and pricing information, the catalogue contains informative articles on pond keeping. These include topics such as koi health, water quality and seasonal concerns
For scale, many product pictures include a hand so a rough size reference can be made
A new catalogue is released every year, typically in March or April |
You can receive a catalogue by either downloading it or you can have it mailed to you, free of charge within Canada.
Of course we do include catalogues with mail orders from any locale
(Sorry, we do not mail catalogue to the U.S.A. or other countries but do include them with an order)
How to Download a catalogue
Simply left click any catalogue download link (bottom of every page) and a window will spawn asking whether you want to open or save the catalogue
opening the catalogue
If you don't have pdf reader software installed you will not be able to open the catalogue. Adobe Acrobat or Foxit Reader are available for free. Foxit is far superior due to its speed and small size
The catalogue is approximately 7 megs in size and will take less than a minute to download with a high speed connection, Dialup could take 15 minutes or more |
As new pricing and products become available changes are made to the electronic version of our catalogue. The Electronic version supercedes the printed version

2 versions are available
A smaller size suitable for computer screen viewing
2009 Catalogue [6 megs]
The 2nd. a larger file suitable for printing
2009 Catalogue [19 megs]

We have decided this year not to print a catalogue. We need to purchase a new vehicle and with the a cost of $6 / catalogue for printing and mailing, the expenditure can't be justified at this time

Pricing is not always up to date in our catalogue. It is finalized in March sometimes without complete costing from suppliers and of course the value of the dollar can change dramatically.
We try to update what we can throughout the season but that is difficult due to the workload. Pricing is sometimes higher or lower and our goal is to be competitive so if you find a price that seems out of whack, let us know and we will see what we can do to earn your business
Prices in the catalogue are subject to change and the electronic pdf version supercedes the printed one
We buy in volume giving us 2 advantages. One is that we
get distributor/dealer pricing. The 2nd. is that our volume offsets brokerage and freight fees. We are usually less expensive than dealing direct with the U.S. once you factor in these charges
Another huge plus is, if you have a problem its nice to have us close by for an exchange and support
