  1. 2 Week Refund*
    Products can be returned within 2 weeks from the date of purchase for a refund

  2. 4 Week Store Credit*
    A store credit is available on returned goods up until 4 weeks after the date of purchase

  3. Mail Order Returns
    Packing and Freight charges are non refundable. The cost of returning the product is your obligation. Timelines as above commence once you receive your order

  4. *5% Restocking Fee
    Unfortunately, we incur card fees which are not refunded to us when you return a product. There are also other costs associated with returns so a 5% restocking fee may be applied and subtracted from your refund

  5. *Other Notes
    Returned items must be unused and with original packaging - suitable for resale.
    Don't worry if you have lost your invoice - we can look you up on our computer.

Lets face it, defective products exist and despite our best efforts, mistakes and misunderstandings are inevitable

Warranties
We do not pass you off to the manufacturer if you have an issue. Please contact us and come into the shop so that we can take a look at the product you are having trouble with. A misdiagnoses of the issue or repair may resolve the problem immediately. For regular clients, loaner equipment is often available if items need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair

Real World Example
We had a case where a new client had purchased a skimmer from a competitor. When it broke, the competitor refused to help him and that's why he headed our way. We then proceeded to secure a credit for him from the manufacturer. This is the kind of effort we are prepared to make on your behalf
