Payments
You are provided with an invoice on site OR a PDF bill is emailed to you. Payment is expected within 15 days via chq., bank transfer, debit or credit card

Call Charge Zones
The $40.00 call charge pertains to a 1 tech service call located in Zone #1 [the Megacity] of the map pictured below
Zone #2 carries a charge of $50.00, Zone #3 a $60.00 call charge for the first man
In the case of additional Pond Technicians, a $15.00, $25.00 and $35.00 charge per Tech, based on the 3 zones is applied
ie. a call charge with 2 Tech's to Zone #2 would cost $75.00 [$50.00 + $25.00]
Out of zone calls are charged at the 1/4 hr rate [$ 76.00 / hr.] for travel to + 1/2 rate for return travel time
